Q: concerning
little concerned about this software
when trying to use a link tracker my post was rejected
it says I have 80 plus shares and backlinks but no way to track them - only got 3 mentions on fb from the same person who has 1 follower on their profile.
help link on the site does not work and no response here on appsumo.
All of this is concerning.

Jan 10, 2025A: Hi there, majority of our users are using third party tools like Buffer and Hootsuite. These users can’t directly mention you so this is why there is a disparity. It’s impossible to track the resulting link for these users, so the system isn’t perfect, but this is exactly why we’ve switched to direct connection to social networks. It will only get better from here

ok I do hope so and no way that I can use my own link tracking? it's on my own domain and thanks for the reply. Also I submitted a link with the link tracker, it got rejected but the credit was still taken
