I still don\u0027t understand how Appsumo\u0027s refund policy works in this case. Suppose I bought 5 codes and stacked up credits in Quuu Promote. Now let\u0027s say I used a few credits but then I realize this product is not for me or my posts are not getting approved. And I am within 60 days of purchase. So I decide to get refund from Appsumo. However, can anyone shed a light on what happens if I apply for Appsumo refund? Do I get my full money I spent? Or do I get adjusted portion of the original purchase based on credits used?

I believe you\u0027d get a full refund as per their policy. We would then revoke any active codes within your account and deactivate any active promotions. \u000a\u000aObviously, we\u0027d prefer if you didn\u0027t because of the manual review process involved but we believe in our service.
