Great Idea! HORRIBLE Service Providers!

I wanted to give QuuuPromote the benefit of the doubt before I posted a review, but finally after 3 weeks and testing the water out completely, I have no choice but to leave my unfullfield experience here.

I've been an experienced blogger of 9 years now and I was never worried about getting my posts rejected, so that's not the issue. The issue is that once you pay for QuuuPromotes service and go to the trouble of submitting a post, the post just sets in review status and never changes.

The first blog post I submitted stayed in review for 5 days before I contacted their support to remind them that they advertise their service for review within 1-2 days and no one had taken a look at my submission yet or even contacted me. Once I did get a reply back, the response was defensive....Quote "it is odd that you've been waiting for 5 days"
Once they received my complaint, the blog post was approved as it should have been days prior.

I then decided to submit a second blog post to QuuuPromote, but this time decided to let my submission set in the review status long as it would take without contacting support to remind them that no one has taken a look at my submission. I am VERY close now to entering day 7 without any initial review and I am furious to say the least.

QuuuPromote needs to get their business act together without being defensive when they are not providing what they advertise within the time limit they advertise. It's also ridiculous to want to pay them an additional $20.00 per campaign (after already puchasing a spot) for quicker review... as if the post submissions aren't getting reviewed (within 1 to 2 days) on purpose in order to pay their additional fee.

I wanted to purchase an additional 2 codes, but with such a dissapointing experience I will not at this time. I'll continue submitting a few more blog posts and monitoring the service they provide. I suggest that anyone else who has purchased QuuuPromotes service as well, test it out so that you can stay within AppSumos 2 month requirement for a refund.

I know it's important for QuuuPromote to have quality content and it's necessary to review, however, it's just as important to provide quality service to their paying customers and to provide what they advertise.

At this point, I feel that QuuuPromote owes an appoligy to it's customers and extra credits in our account wouldn't hurt. If you can't keep happy customers, you will not have a business for long. If this can't change quickly, I'll inform AppSumo as well for allowing a service on their platform that's not providing what they advertise.

We are sorry for what you've experienced so far.

Our initial response wasn't meant to come across as defensive as we usually manage to get through reviews within 2 days.

As we are currently live on Appsumo, welcoming LOTS of new promoters promoting lots of new content, those review times are much longer than usual. This is not the norm.

We will keep pushing for faster review times. As you mentioned in your statement, you can skip the review queue for $20. This is strictly for those promoters who simply can't wait for the review to take place.

We simply cannot let up on the quality of content we suggest to our Quuu users. Without them, we wouldn't have an amazing opportunity like Quuu Promote in the first place.
