Hi,
The platform has great potential, but it fails incredibly badly when it comes to user management. Incredibly, every time you change a user profile you have to ask for technical assistance! And this is another disaster. They simply don't reply or reply at least 3 days late. Unacceptable!

I have a problem with the account and send them the request on live chat and email for help but never heard their response.

Bad support experience with this team. Have sent 2 emails but never hearing back

I bought this deal last year and didn't have use for it until now (like so many other Lifetime Deals).

I wanted to use it for a new project and change my email to that project.
Not only can you not change your email in the app itself -> I had to contact support.
Which is already stupid.

But then the support answered me: "We do not allow email change on LTD plans.."

I could never recommend a company that treats it's users this way.
Stay away from this company.

I would like to begin by saying there are plenty of fishes in the sea.
The team behind Qwary is more interested in the act of furiously tracking down customers and suspending their Qwary accounts who no longer need Qwary and are looking to resell it to someone in need.
These guys will go to the extend of creating a fake gmail account and pretending to be an interested buyer just to prevent you from selling the account. Like seriously guys?
You should be focusing on improving your product rather than engaging in such frivolous behaviour. No one likes investing in a company which doesn't have the best of their customers and the future of their product in mind. They have had zero product development in the past 6-8 months since it originally listed on Appsumo.
Kindly, don't waste your precious money on these fools. Stay away from Qwary. -100/5 tacos.
