I was hesitant but went for it (given the 60-day refund guarantee) and have already created one survey so far and absolutely love it! I purchased all 5 codes and am excited about the capabilities. Very easy to use, custom branded surveys, lots of distribution choices, and quick/efficient customer support!

This is my first AppSumo review. Had to say I absolutely love this product. There will always be some improvements that can be made but at the moment I can't think of anything major.... the only minor improvement I can see so far is adding more quiz-like capabilities such as right and wrong answers/scoring.
