If you do or plan to do surveys in the future, I would recommend grabbing this.

Pros:
1) The tool has a clean UI/UX and runs pretty smoothly
2) Easy to setup a quick survey with the included templates
3) Now that sentimental analysis is included for all, makes it a no-brainer!
4) The analytics section is clear and concise, which I like
5) Customisation options are good!

Cons:
1) Need CNAME option (very important - don't see it on the roadmap)
2) Need embedding option (on roadmap)
3) Minor bugs (but team is super responsive and quick to address issues, so thats good)
4) Need more integrations (team says we will get it for sure)

Overall: For starters, I think it is a good product, some bugs are always expected in new platforms, as long as the creators are addressing them, should be fine. Deal is ok with 5000 responses/month, would be cool if we can stack with incremental benefits. The creators/team has been responsive and are happy to dwell into raised concerns, which makes me trust them. I would say, go for it and try it out. It is a keeper for me!
