Q: Hello, I have purchased the product and installed it on my site, but still having issues with my site being very slow.
I tried to send an email but get an undeliverable message.

Please check the logs, it would show you the issues. Most probably it's the hosting denying connection with RabbitLoader. Email us at support if you need assistance.
