Q: Hi there.
I have just purchased Rabbitloader but have been unable to activate it. When I try and login to my account I get an error message stating that the service is temporarily unavailable which is not very inspiring. I tried looking for a way to contact you but couldn't find any as the Knowledge base link just hangs there. Not a very good start is it? Could you sort this out, please?

Thank you for trying out RabbitLoader. Its an error from our host, the timing is really not ideal for us as we are in the middle of a promotion.
However, this should be fixed in couple of hours time.

I sugget you sort out the issues with your product and your host before you do any more promotions. Having a good stable product is very important before you start to sell it.
If this is not fixed promptly I will be requesting a refund.
