Q: What are your plans to add instant support?

I bought tier 4 but support takes to long for me to respond. Trying to decide if I should keep this product or go back to what worked flawlessly.

This is DAYS I'm waiting for a feedback on my issue (from email info@evolutionquantique.com, original ticket TKT00487). I did sent several recalls on my case, but still no answer.

Your tool does not manage my pictures (only 11 pictures on several hundreds) and NO WAY to get a clear support on this. I just got on Sept 3rd a quick reply with no clear answer. Very evasive answer, with no suggestion to fix my overall issue. I did reply and since then (7 days !!!) still no answer !

I think I'll simply ask for a refund. No way to work in these conditions. Your tool is very interesting, but your support is breaking the value as it is really poor, to even not existing.

Saying that you reply under 24h is a lie.
