Q: What is happening with support for RabbitLoader?

I've been waiting for a response but it seems like they are just giving me the run around. My original ticket for my issue was Aug30 and they gave me a few updates and told me that it was fixed, but it never was, and then after I asked for more help to resolve the problem, they just forced me to open another ticket. Today, there is still no solution. I've submitted screenshots and detailed descriptions of the issue, but no one is responding anymore. At this point it's been 2 days since my last follow up, and a total of 10 days since I raised this issue with support, and no one is giving me a straight answer. Please, I need help setting the plugin up for my sites.

I posted this support ticket above last week, and not a single update or email? What's the point of asking for my support ticket in a public forum like this if you have no intention of using it? How can you guys treat paying customers like this?

I've submitted my ticket several days ago like you asked, and there have still been no updates. Is support down or something? What's happening? Anyone??
