I have used WP Rocket and Shortpixel before and never got above 70% - since I deactivate those plugin and instead activated RL, Pingdom, Gt Metrix, and Google Page speed have consistently shown me 98%-99%. Honestly, the technical side of things blows me away completely.

So why not 5 tacos?

Because next to the pure performance side of things, I have to consider the legal side of things. And this is where things get more uncertain / conplicated.

Like many other Appsumo customers, I live in the EU and therefore have to adhere to GDPR laws, or run the risk of facing millions of Euros of penalties.

While we got the Info that RL is GDPR compliant,this info by itself does not consitute legal safety and all EU users would need quite more information,which is Sadly not been given despite several questions in this direction.

The main points that might pose a problem are the following:

- Where are the servers located? Inside the EU? This is relevant especially in combination with the next question.
- Is any personal information (which under GDPR law includes IP adresses) being sent to India? This would pose a BIG problem, as India (as well as for example the US) is not considered a safe third country under the GDPR rulings. Especially with CDNs this is highly problematic, as just recently Cloudflare CDN was ruled uncompliant of GDPR as it transmitted data to the US.
- If the first two questions are cleared, we also need to know if RabbitLoader sets any cookies and what their use case is in order to List them in our data privacy imprint which is obligatory within the EU.
- Lastly, we also need a DPA (Data Processing Addendum) with RabbitLoader.

I would dearly love to give 5 tacos. It's a wonderful solution with impressive results.

But unless Abhishek can give the info mentioned and the DPA, any and all companies or customers from the European Union using RL run a very real risk of facing massive damages.

Abhishek, can you please adress these points to make it possible for a lot of potential users of your product to be able to use it without legal repercussions?
