This is obviously my fault, as I started working with this program too late and exceeded the 60-day refund period. If I could, I would have done it without hesitation. On Twitter, you can only track the number of followers, not the popularity of a particular tweet. On YouTube, only the number of subscribers to a channel, not the number of views of a specific video. In addition, it does not want to install itself in any way. On Amazon, it shows the price I wanted to track as unavailable. I needed the ability to track some data from the academia.edu website; I wrote to the creator asking about this possibility - no response.
For me, the program is entirely useless, a waste of money and time.
