Q: Can't view previous or create new service tickets
I'm still getting the Slim Application Error and my station is down. I created a service ticket and it says there is a reply but when I click the ticket it redirects me to the dashboard. When I try to create a new ticket it also redirects me to the dashboard. Is there a solution for this? My stream has been down for weeks now

I’m having the same issue. There is no sound on my live stream and when I try to make a ticket it just returns to the landing page. It’s becoming very frustrating and I have no other way of contacting support to get the problem fixed. My station is nocellservice, please help!

the Slim Application Error is still present - tried to contact radiolize but no response!
