Q: I have no sound on my livestream

My on demand music is working but my live radio is running without sound for at least a week now. I’ve tried on the public pages and on the backend through multiple internet connections and computers and phones with no luck. When I try to write a ticket, it just goes to the landing page and I don’t get a confirmation email. Is there no other way to contact support? My station is nocellservice

I have 6 tickets that are 28 day olds with no response. I keep asking for help. My station has been down for a month, and now I can't even get into the dashboard. I spent a year building my station, creating my playlists, and designing my website just to have it all taken away, and I have no idea why. I'm sure this will get declined as have my other comments here, but I have it all on record.
