Bien, actualizando lo anterior, ahora por fin, todo vuelve a la normalidad, tanto el acceso y la estación, así como el soporte. Espero que tengan ese cuidado de mantener siempre la comunicación abierta para evitar contratiempos. Vale la pena para todos.

Great product BUT.... Customer service is M.I.A.- Can't log in anymore
I really like the product and want to upgrade, but I contacted customer service months ago and still haven’t heard back. It seems they’re not interested in keeping customers happy or making more sales. Update today on 8/14/2025 I can't log in any longer. So there goes my money and my station. What a waste!
If I had known their customer support was this poor, I wouldn’t have bought it.
The product itself works well on its own, but without support, I wonder when it will stop functioning. Time will tell.
For now, I’ve stopped using it because it feels like a waste of time and money. I can’t get a refund, but I wish I could so I could put my money toward something that’s properly monitored and supported by real customer service.

Does support even exist for this?
Am now at well over a week waiting to hear back from Radiolize- have not even received a “hey, we received your emails”/ support ticket…
So at first I was happy- bought a tier 2 a while back, it worked as it should. Bought a 2nd tier 2 this most recent time they were back. I wrote them while the Appsumo deal was still on on about migrating my second account into the first. WITHIN 24 HOURS I received a response that it could be done but I would have to wait until after the Appsumo promotion was over (I kept the email/ support ticket). AFTER the promotion was over I replied to the support ticket and received no response. I then contacted them via their support contact page- unfortunately I can’t prove this because I never received confirmation that they received the email. Now that the deal is over are they even responsible to keep their word? I definitely would return my second tier 2 if possible…

Appsumo radiolize tutorials need improvement
The tutorials need to provide better explanations and be more helpful for all levels of users.
1. Tutorials are important
This has proven to be one of the most frustrating aspects of this product. This is vital especially when finding your way around a new aspect such as an updated tool or feature. This needs to be clear and concise.
2. Quality
These tutorials often seems to be incomplete or lacking sufficient depth especially for anyone who may not be as familiar with the product or is limited on the amount of time they can spend going through the tutorials. This makes it difficult for both new and even experienced users.
3. Accessibility
The instructions aren't always particularly clear making it difficult to follow along. There seems to be a barrier at times. It could do with more detailed step-by-step visuals such as graphics and pictures could maybe help in this regard.
4. Suggestions
Maybe it could include some practical examples that are more beginner friendly. They may also need to be able to convey a more beginner friendly aspect, which would certainly make a huge difference.
5. UX impact
Due to these failings I had to spend a lot more time trying to set up even just the basics, and found various errors that impacted negatively when trying it out.
6. I am currently on tier 3 of this product, and did not refund in hope these outstanding issues can be ironed out in a timely manner.
7. As an investor I also have to consider the impact it will have on my users who may not have the user experience they expect from such a product, which would be disastrous for all concerned.
8. Products might inevitably have bugs and issues that need to be ironed but unless we are allowed to share our experiences of using products such as these then they may not realise their full capabilities.

I have to say, I skipped over this thing a few times thinking I would never use it. I now own Tier4 and am happy I did. I was drawn into something I never anticipated ever using. Adds something to my family of sites that others don't have. Thanks for this!
