I really wanted this to be our long-term solution. I originally bought in a couple of years ago for two radio stations, waiting for our existing contracts with other providers to expire before making the full move. When the deal returned to AppSumo, I didn’t hesitate—I bought the upgrades for both stations to reach Tier 4, believing in the product.

Now that we are actually ready to deploy, it’s been a massive disappointment. The platform has significant issues that prevent it from being used in a professional capacity.

But the worst part is the customer service. When I reached out about these platform-breaking issues, I had to wait several days just to get an initial reply. When they finally did respond on a Saturday, they completely ignored a good chunk of my questions and gave a partial, unhelpful answer. I followed up immediately, and now here we are nearly a week later on a Friday, and they have completely ghosted me again.

They are holding a significant amount of money from multiple Tier 4 upgrades, and I have a broken product with a support team that barely responds and doesn't actually solve problems. Save your money and your tacos. Look for a more reliable host.
