A: Good question! We don't currently include Plus scans because they're quite token intensive, and we haven't included them in the lifetime plans in order to keep the lifetime deal sustainable. (That said, you'll find the Sites limits are far more generous than the regular subscriptions.)

We're actively developing pay-as-you-go. Details are TBD, but it'll probably (no guarantees) be cheaper than the underlying tokens, AppSumo users would get discounted rates, and we'd make some available to our LTD/subscribes to try out when we launch pay-as-you-go.
