Can I confirm that the CNAME function clearly displayed at the top of your listing .. is infact not part of the LTD... But, infact a paid subscription. If this is correct, this should not be shown in the listing in the bullet points.

You are right that the C-NAME is mentioned in the product description, but it isn't included in the plan you purchased. When we published on AppSumo - C-NAME was only in our Roadmap, so we didn't include it in our LTD plan. That's why the C-NAME is an Add-on and costs $10 per month.
Well I hope you guys come back soon! I lucked out and didn't get this. I did not buy it in time. I wasn't sure if it was the solution I needed until it was too late.
you are supposed to be a serious company. Why are you spamming me with affiliate offers. I have not opted in to any of your marketing. Your disregard for GDPR considering the nature of your service is worrying (and the need to affiliate with unrelated products).

Please excuse my clumsy message. Unsolicited emails are a big issue in the UK though. There has to be an opt-in to recieve non transactional emails. I would have been concerned if we had invited any partners to the account and they received unsolicited marketing emails. Thank you for your understanding.
Hi They are send unwanted affiliate emails? Build your affiliate leads out of your service as we get already enough spam. Good to know so I'll go for refund.

Unfortunately, I can't give a definite answer yet. But the percentage that we will never offer LTD for Rainex again is definitely higher.
