Buggy Software

This product contained bugs when I tried to onboard my first product. The customer service (ILLIA) was rude. The attitude reflects how serious when they handle the bugs. As a software engineer, I think they need to fix their attitude even before the bug. Because of this, I don't think it is an idea to use software like this to handle my payments anymore.
