Zapier certainly works, but the AppSumo / lifetime deal community have found it to be quite expensive. Most of us prefer Integrately, Pabbly and other tools. Providing API access and documentation would allow these teams to build integrations with Rake.

Suggestion: I'm hesitant to pull the plug because I would really like to be able to use CNAMEs for each workspace. I think if you added CNAME / Whitelabeling to Tier 5, you'd get a ton of people jumping onto that plan. QuestionScout was able to add this to their lifetime deal while the deal was running and got a bunch of new signups.
