New Functionality
Multi-workspace experience
Added multi-workspace login support. You can forget your Workspace URL (if you want). Login to any workspace using a single login page — https://app.rake.ai
Added workspace quick access section to the left menu bar. Now you can switch between workspaces in a single click
Conversations
Added Visits button. Use it to check visitor details directly from the Conversations page
Added system data blade. It helps external developers to create request to the Rake API
Added Conversation History blade. Use it to check the history of customer's previous conversations
UI Updates
Updated the overall layout of the application to improve user experience and free up space for the conversations section
Removed the Dashboard page - users will now land on the Conversations page by default
Users & Channels are two separate pages now
Channels and Direct Messages with the unread messages now appear at the top of the Channels and Direct Messages list
Added show and hide conversations functionality. You can collapse and expand a conversation group by clicking on its name
Added Show More option to the left menu bar to support screens with lower resolution
Added connected platform icons next to Workspace Name so you can always check which platforms are currently connected to the Workspace
Added invite new user button to the conversations page
Updated the Edit Customer button and blade layout
Other
Improved the performance of notification service. Notifications work faster
Registration and invite new users flow was changed and now supports mobile app registration
Added new User Presence status to the User Account blade — now you can set yourself offline for external chats, but still show online for direct messaging and channels
Rake Mobile Application
Added workspace quick access for the multi-workspace accounts
Added invite users button to the "More" menu
Changed the account activation flow for mobile device users. Invitation links will now invite users to install the mobile app from their device App store. Application will be opened on the registration page
Added download manager for the files in chat
Search now also returns knowledge base articles in its results
Updated user presence selector
