Think INCEPTION for Client and Customer Support!

I was going to pass this over. Glad I didn't. Slack Alternative is a NOT the right description.

Although this can handle your team chat, it is not a slack replacement.

I myself have left slack, tried many other team communication tools and then I returned to Slack. Its great for what it is and everyone integrates with it. That is why I love it.

This tool being billed as a Slack replacement is the wrong way to do it. This is an Omnichannel marketing and support tool, at least to me it is.

There is no reason NOT to check it out if you are at all interested because the FREE tier is very generous. I used a different email for testing (here's to you burnermail.io another appsumo deal). When you sign up the onboarding and explanations are comprehensive! You will see what the tool can do and the level of polish it has.

I ended up in the help docs reading about Zapier integrations (extensive and I for one love Zapier though I know a lot of Sumolings prefer lifetime automation deals.) While in the docs I got some messages in their chat and began talking to the founder Mike Hendrix. He was so helpful and friendly.

He let me know that this tool has been in the works by him for over 2 years! He is just now starting to sell it/release it into the wild. So he DIDN'T follow the model of late of throwing together a beta tool and releasing it for us sumolings to test. The app is very very polished. It reminds me of the polish of one of my other favorite tools endorsal. Mike seems like the type that doesn't release features unless they are rock solid.

So onto the tool itself. Think of it like Support Inception so with it you can:

Communicate with and between your team.

Support your clients as a team via messaging, chat, SMS, Facebook messenger, GMB Messenger (soon) and other channels soon.

Support/communicate with your clients customers if you want to offer this as a service. Or let your clients support their own customers as a team. OR as I plan to do, handle the initial touch points of customer inquiries for my clients then pass them off to the clients once qualified.

But wait, there is more!

I discovered today that this integrates with a service that provides live chat and phone support 24/7 for a low cost. So I won't even have to train my team to handle the initial client customer touch points, but can hire the 3rd party and then have them pass those off to the clients when qualified.

Each workspace gets its own local number and SMS credits are not expensive once the starter pack runs out, so remember that when deciding how high to stack. For me with lots of clients I need a full stack!

So to me this is AWESOME, PERFECT etc.
