Waste of Time & Money

There is very little to say about this software other than a complete waste of time, money and very insecure.

1. The system goes offline at least once a day, messages lag or they do not send at all.
2. When you want to send a photo, you have to load the photo from your gallery onto the platform and then go and select it to be sent. You cannot add more photos unless you crash the app and then reopen it and follow the same steps. Have logged several support tickets and no resolution.
3. When you try and deactivate a user, you are unable to as there is a bug with the software for the past 3 months and no fix.
4. Several features do not work. If you add a new person to the platform and then want to assign them to a channel, you cannot do so from the intended "channel" option. You have to go into the conversations and go add it that way. Also 3 months a no fix.
5. When you log a support ticket, don't expect support. You will get an email with a whole lot of stories and other factors being blamed. No solution, no accountability.

Bottom line....very unreliable and no prospect of getting better. 0 tacos :-(

We maintain a status page that includes any downtime we have experienced and we know if we're down for any amount of time it is frustrating. Specific to your mention of LAG - this week we pushed the second part of a two part fix for this problem and we're excited about the early feedback we have received. I hope you'll give us another look and experience the improvement for yourself.

At different times we have experienced issues with sharing from an app to the Rake app. Sometimes an iOS or Android update will require Rake to make an update and we try to be diligent and timely with our responses.

Again, our apologies for any usability issues and we'll continue to work, every day, to make Rake an improved messaging app for all.
