This is a great, great, and excellent product that meets all expectations. It's easy to use, allows you to build large networks of potential,or pays customers at almost no cost. At the moment, I do not see any comparable apps on the market that combine the same flexibility, ease of use, and performance. This is a go-to product for us, and I do regret not getting the top tiers.
And I thought I was going to do just that. There is a lot to like about this platform. BUT
If you are building a community that relies on member ENGAGEMENT this is not the place.
Among other more minor issues - members can post but they cannot SHARE any media. No images, no videos, and links do not generate a preview. So member shares are limited to a subject and text. Nothing else. My members aren't going to settle for that and neither am I.
But the FATAL DESIGN FLAW for me is that once a member hits "send" on a post they cannot edit or delete it. Communities depend on psychological safety. It's a basic human principle that we want "do-overs." A member who posts something my accident, posts to the wrong group, or who has an embarrassing typo in their post needs to be able to change it.
I've been community building since the bad old days of Ning (anyone remember that?) And member control of their own content is basic if you're promising a social network.
The WORST though is that I've submitted support requests and feedback and waited a WEEK and no one has acknowledged my concerns, let alone let me know if or how it will be resolved. The founder finally reached back with a "thanks for your feedback, how can we help you launch." No resolution for the issues I'd had with their mobile app, no input on my feedback, just like it never happened.
At this point, the non-responsiveness and indifference on the part of the founder and his team means that even if they did resolve the issue with the mobile app and with the member posting I would not continue.
I'm disappointed to have wasted money and a LOT of time, but I'm taking my community back to Mighty - it's not perfect but they DO listen to their user base.

My 2nd review after trying raklet for a longer time.
This review replaces my previous review because Raklet team has effectively and quickly resolved all problems and errors on the platform.
I have been trying to look for a good membership site/portal for months. When Raklet came out, it stood out among others because they had an app for iOS and Android. They also had the ability to collect membership subscription fees, and a digital membership card - these are highly unique offers Raklet has that no other membership apps or programs on Appsumo has.
What is impressive is that I see raklet continuously improving their platform. Today, we received an email with new features that will help us to have more control over various elements of the membership platform.
The ability to change many parts of the membership platform to what you want, is a key reason to getting Raklet, because you want your membership site to look the way you want it!
What I think can be improved? I hit an issue initially, which Raklet team said I had to buy 2 more tiers before they would help me to change or remove a couple of words (which I felt was confusing to people). I really hope that the team can be more lenient and understanding, and probably give us the option to change the words on our own, or choose to remove certain words entirely. I understand of charges are imposed if we want to enjoy a certain NEW function that lower tiers may not get to enjoy, but I do not think it is nice to be asked to increase 2 tiers just to get a few words removed.
I also hope we have more control over how the membership card looks. The current squarish block may not look aesthetically nice to some.
All in all, I will support the Raklet team, and look forward to greater improvements, because I dedicate and love all apps and teams that I support.

I have used my fair share of membership based platforms. It is natural to want as many features as possible. However what you will find that is just as much if not more important than things like features and an easy UI is customer service and support. I have been very impressed with Gercek and his team to honestly over deliver in resolving my issues. If you are considering a membership platform that not only has some of the greatest features you could ask but a support team to match Gercek and Ranklet is your software. Keep up the good work guys!

Raklet: An "All in One" community solution that, "Just works"
Raklet continues to impress me. Two things Raklet does quite well that are key for an online community builder such as myself:
1) A solid mobile app platform that provides a users with the opportunity to engage and learn on the go! (Push notifications coming soon!)
2) Responsiveness to suggestions and an openess to discuss them. In my case it was exploring the addition of LMS functionalities(I run an education community). Not only did Raklet get back to me, they discussed potential use cases and helped me brainstorm solutions.
Definitely happy to find them!
