A worth while investment, but...
I want to give this 5 tacos, but for me, there are some elements of the premium version that I would like to be included, even if they were included as an extra tier.
The platform is relatively straightforward to navigate, and the team has been accommodating in answering my questions.
There is a lot of documentation to help, although understanding why and how to use an element, in reality, would be a good point to make.
It is a good platform as an alternative to FB.
A big part of not giving it the full tacos is:
*You can not assign members by role.
*The mobile app is not white-labelled.
*There is no SMTP available.
*The current lack of full white-label capabilities feels like you are inviting members to the platform, but there are multiple ways Raklet is trying to drive your members to their platform.
*I hope the team will look at how to implement some SEO to the platform somewhere along the line.
Overall, I am impressed with the platform as a whole, and it does seem to fit a percentage of my projected needs. If some of my dislikes were addressed, it would be an absolute no-brainer.
