Q: I'm very security and privacy coonscious.

The way I currently use apps and sites in the browser is to keep them divided by using different browsers as "silos" to prevent cross-browser tracking and fingerprinting.

For example: Anything to do with Meta (Facebook, Business Suite, Instagram, Messenger) is signed into only in the Brave browser. Anything to do with Google (Google Drive, Docs, Gmail, Youtube etc) is signed into only in the Chrome browser.

If I setup Rambox Workspaces in a similar siloed way, is cross-browser tracking and fingerprinting prevented?

A: Hi! As you mention, it is possible to create different workspaces embedding your desired apps into groups. In order to "isolate" such workspaces' information (as you would do with your web browsers) it is necessary to assign different "Profiles" to them. You can read more about our "Profiles" feature here: https://support.rambox.app/support/solutions/articles/42000090910

Thanks Dan. With the default Google Workspace Profile and Microsoft 365 Profile, I note that there is no option to set these as Private profiles. There is only Primary, Incognito, + Google Workspace Profile and Microsoft 365 Profile as the Profiles options. Are these private by default, or would I need to create new Workspaces for each set of nested apps and set each Workspace profile to Private?
