DocyQ: Says "Coupon already redeemed"
When I tried to redeemed the code it says "Coupon already redeemed" and I received the email saying that "You've started a 30-day trial for our Pro plan. After that period, you will be downgraded to the Basic plan unless you subscribe."
Pls resolve this. Highly appreciated.
