I went in thinking that Rambox was a unique way of organising existing Apps on my computer in a sandbox shell, ensuring performance and memory management across my system.

Unfortuntely, it turned out that Rambox was essentially just a Chrome wrapper that organised tabs into a better workspace layout. Cool; but not groundbreaking. I'll end up refunding it as I'm already covered in terms of tab management on Firefox (and a Rambox-like extension already exists for Firefox).

I probably still would've used it, despite the above, if it was really good at its job, but it unfortunately fell flat after a couple of days worth of use. Worst issues I experienced:
- Had to sign into all of my websites again
- It would lose my login session after a couple of hours, meaning that I had to re-sign in again and again
- It had extensions for ad blocking and password managers, but these got stuck in the "Installing" state and never actually installed
- It had some really strange hotkey assignment, meaning that going about my usual workflow would all of a sudden switch tabs or close something I was busy with
- It punted Microsoft 365 as a key workspace, but the native Apps (MacOS) for Teams and Outlook worked better out of the box than Rambox did
- Layouts for my workspaces seemed like a cool feature, but in the end it felt very inflexible, and I ended up just creating single tabs for all of my sites

In the end, I'm not saying that you won't get use out of Rambox, but as someone who prefers spending the time to ensure my workspace is fit for my work, it came second to just spending the time on it myself.
