Crikey! I didn't expect that this would become my all day, every day tool for my work! Anything I can login into, I have set up Rambox now. I love that I can create workspaces & move apps in & out of them easily. I can set up a workspace for a project or client that I'm working on & have all the apps I need there, in a way that is a lot easier to use than just having browser tabs open.

Keyboard shortcut search is fast & easy, so I don't have to remember where I left an app. I can rename any app as I choose, which really helps when I'm logged into the same app with multiple accounts. It makes the search & switch function superfast & easy, being able to use labels that make sense to me! You can quickly open Dev tools straight from an app tab which is another plus for me.

The level of control you have over all the settings, from global to per app, is impressive. I agree with others that the browser extensions aren't great. I use the Bitwarden password manager which has the extension is built in, but it doesn't work as well as it does in a browser.

Occasionally some things have small issues, but no more than with any other software platform. One example, is that app dashboards that I am logged into (two separate WordPress site managers) allow me to directly log in to my WP sites that are connected with one click. This works fine for one, but not the other, so I have to work around this. I've worked with the site managers' support team without luck & now Rambox are looking into it. It's not a big enough problem for me to go back to having everything in a browser, though.
