Nope
The application has great potential! It's something like Sidekick. Unfortunately:
- the password manager extension works locally. It is visible for each application, but.... for each requires a separate login (e.g. to Bitwarden). It is not treated globally. This is cruel, especially when I have >50 applications used on a daily basis. That is, >50 logins to Bitwarden.
- In addition, the tooltip display with the login option does not work. Every time you have to click on the add-on or open the context menu and look for the login option. Autocomplete does not work - so we have to copy login and password separately.
- When opening gmail, a physical key (e.g. yubikey) login window appears (Windows 11). This is not present in a normal browser. And it is annoying.
- For 20 apps, RAM and CPU usage is 2x that of Opera with 55 apps.
At the moment the moment, I'll stay with Opera and the sidebar with apps (unfortunately, a limited number). I'll be following this project as it has potential. But today it's hard to use it when we have more than 2-3 apps + password manager + other add-ons.

Apr 18, 2025Thanks for your feedback!
We would like to let you know that extensions work per profile in Rambox, so they're only shared across selected apps, offering flexibility but requiring separate logins in some cases.
Regarding the YubiKey popup with Gmail, we suggest removing and re-adding the Gmail app. That often resolves the issue.
