Hi Appsumo Team,
I am seeing this app was reported not working in Sep'24 & user sending a mail to you in Feb'25 that "The app is not working for months and even no able to login, other members also complaint as question for the same problem. I sent an email to appsumo support team but they reply me that seller changed the server and now the service is working."

So if appsumo already knew in Feb'25, why were we not informed & given option to get indemnified ? I was well within 1 yr protection then. Sorry am not pushing hard for refund, but whats the truth? bcoz why should I lose money?

If I buy LTD , I may wanna use after 2 yrs.So I lose ?
