Can you clarify whether or not Tier 4 has Bring Your Own Key?

I asked this because I added my Claude key, created a blog post, but when I went to settings for that post in Ranklytics, it showed ChatGPT 3.5 as the choice.

Also, when I checked my Claude console API key section, it showed a cost deduction under my Ranklytics API key.
