A: Hey - You should be able to do it in from your My Products tab by clicking "Change Tier" in the dropdown next to Ranklytics. If you are having trouble, reach out via support and we can help you.

Hello, I'm using Rankylatics since the launch, to be honest in spite the interface UX/UI needs few improvements, I can see the increase in my ranking, so I'm thinking of moving from Tier 2 to Tier 4 so I can enjoy Backlinks gap analysis , as I got this option on my tier already but limited in a way useless, I appreciate you answer my questions one by one. My Question: is it possible to upgrade to a higher tier ? How much keywords can be show up Per Account and Per Competitor as max? How accurate the results, compared to Href etc ...?
the models used for writing are not the most current.. will you support a BYOK setup so customers can use their own API key to use more current models?
Hello, i have bought tier 4 yesterday but it is not active when i enter to site, it is forwarding directly to upgrade plan page and i can not use. i have sent an email to support but did nor receive any answer :(
