iitcwebQ: Upgrade to Higher Tier and Backlinks gap analysis

I'm using Rankylatics since the launch, to be honest in spite the interface UX/UI needs few improvements, I can see the increase in my ranking, so I'm thinking of moving from Tier 2 to Tier 4 so I can enjoy Backlinks gap analysis , as I got this option on my tier already but limited in a way useless, I appreciate you answer my questions one by one.
My Question: is it possible to upgrade to a higher tier ?
How much keywords can be show up Per Account and Per Competitor as max?
How accurate the results, compared to Href etc ...?
