I emailed Ranklytics a few weeks ago and have not heard back. I have tier 3 ( paid $320+). I would appreciate it if someone from Ranklytics would get in touch with me to answer my questions.

I made one of the biggest purchases here looking at promising product and support - my API has been broken for weeks, and there were no notifications nor any help. Can't accept an utterly irresponsible support that ignores multiple inquiries for same request.

I’ve been using Ranklytics for a few months and love how it suggests relevant, niche-focused content. My traffic is up, my rankings have improved, and it keeps me motivated. Highly recommended!

The tool itself is decent and has a lot of potential based on my use so far. I purchased Tier 4 which is said to include the white-labeling feature, unfortunately my account has not had white-labeling added or activated since purchasing almost 2 weeks ago. I've reached out to Ranklytics 5+ times via email and their on site chat window. I heard back once initially, was told the feature was added to my account, checked, saw that it was still not added, and have not heard back since, despite continually reaching out for help from their team. I will be requesting a refund if I don't hear back in the next day or two.

their system did not activate my subscription and did not receive any answer from them. i have refunded.
