Q: So, you add features, and we need to subscribe to use them?

I noticed you've added new AI features, but now we have to pay a high subscription fee just to try or use them. I understand that using your own LLM keys incurs costs, but why not let us use our own API keys? What would it cost you to offer this option to users who have supported your project and patiently endured every hurdle during development?

Q: Where is support? Emails sent, no replies. No Live chat Support anymore.

I've already contacted them, but to no avail. Where is the support? The live chat option has been disabled. I've sent emails, but I haven't received any replies. Some features have stopped working—for example, SERP tracking is no longer updated, and only local maps are available. The keyword data, site overviews, and benchmarks only show information up until the end of last June. I need responses ASAP.

Q: Customer Support Seems Dead Now

They remove live chat from their website, i sent them many emails too but no one responding. Their Rank Tracker also not working now, as it was tracking rank on daily basis, but now not working or show tracking in a month.
They are just adding new service and asking for money. LOL
