I logged in after a few months and now it is not working. At first it said they have stopped tracking my keywords because I haven't logged in and asked me to contact their support to enable. I was surpised that their is no button to just restart tracking. Anyway contacted support, but no response.

But at the same time, even the keyword research, or any other feature was not working. So I got suspicious and came here, and sure enough other sumolings are having the same issues.

So looks like they have stopped servicing LTD customers. Looking at their website it appears they are still up and running and excepting monthly paying customers.

Has App Sumo tried to contact them? At the end of the day, it impacts the reliability of the purchases at App Sumo.
