While external factors may be unavoidable, those risks should not be shifted entirely onto LTD users after purchase.

I expect clear timelines, defined limits for the phased return of Rank Tracking, and consistent progress updates — not open-ended assurances. Continued trust depends on accountability and concrete plans.
