Can i insert 55.000 URLs in Bulk to check indexing and ranking changes and sent this details to locker studio?

I've already contacted them, but to no avail. Where is the support? The live chat option has been disabled. I've sent emails, but I haven't received any replies. They remove live chat from their website, i sent them many emails too but no one responding. Their Rank Tracker also not working now, as it was tracking rank on daily basis, but now not working or show tracking in a month. They are just adding new service and asking for money. LOL
