Q: Where is support? Emails sent, no replies. No Live chat Support anymore.
I've already contacted them, but to no avail. Where is the support? The live chat option has been disabled. I've sent emails, but I haven't received any replies. Some features have stopped working—for example, SERP tracking is no longer updated, and only local maps are available. The keyword data, site overviews, and benchmarks only show information up until the end of last June. I need responses ASAP.
ss1189I am sending them email from last 1 month, No one is repling and nothing is working. They are adding some paid features in their product but seems not interested to provide customer support, I contact with AppSumo and after 7-8 days they replied me this - "Issue resolved. Check back in 30 mins."
Nothing happened after 30 minutes or no any update. Seems they will soon go from out of the business.
