I strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing from this company.

I bought a Lifetime Deal in good faith. Like many early customers, I supported the product at an early stage, trusting that the deal I paid for would be honored.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Customers who buy Lifetime Deals take a risk on a growing company. Our money helps the company develop the product, attract more users, and grow the business. It is therefore extremely disappointing when those same early customers later lose access to what they originally paid for, or see their deal significantly changed.

If a company is not prepared to honor a Lifetime Deal, it should not sell one.

“Lifetime” should not mean until the company grows, changes direction, or decides the old customers are no longer convenient.

I would also respectfully suggest that AppSumo strengthen its protections for Lifetime Deal buyers, especially when companies later change the terms or reduce the benefits originally offered.

Early supporters deserve protection.

At minimum, a company should either honor the original deal or offer affected customers a fair solution.

Based on my experience, I would not buy from this company again, and I cannot recommend it to others.

Please think carefully before purchasing.
