RanksPro started well, but problems began early on. However, for some time they were resolved, new features were added, and there was communication with customers; support responded quickly. But then, just as quickly, the site stopped updating data, constantly showed errors, and support disappeared as if it never existed. This went on for several months until it was officially recognized that the rank tracking tool was nonfunctional. Unfortunately, the issues are not only with it. We really hope that AppSumo will respond appropriately to the situation and support the Sumo-lings.
