Does anyone know if this company is out of business or just eliminated the appsumo clients? Has anyone paid for the upgrade and then the product to work? Does anyone have an address for this company and/or its owner?

Yes - I am having the same issue. The only option I am presented with is an $82/year support plan, that I can't seem to get rid of. Any option that I choose, seems to lead back to the buy the extra annual support plan.... I'll open a support ticket with Ranktracker and I'll report back...

Yeah I get the same thing from them $82/year support plan. It does make mockery of APPSUMO deals.
