Overall this is a good deal for rank tracking but when I needed a report, I could not download one. Reports are generated daily, weekly or monthly. I loaded a bunch of keywords in about two weeks ago and the client asked me for a report and I could not give him one because one of the three choices does not give you an instant report. I requested a daily one yesterday I still have not received it. Make you sure you create reports as soon as you load in keywords for a domain or you'll end up in my situation.
