Like the overall approach of the UI.

+ Tracking seems solid (and I guess that's the main use case, so hats off there.).
+ Reporting also seems great (I only did a quick test).
- Keyword research however is VERY annoying, and for me unusable.

I played around with it for 30 mins, and encountered at least 5 bugs in the keyword research area:

- Very, very slow to generate the keyword difficulty on a keyword. I'm really not sure why this column is hidden at all to be honest, but if I have to click on each one to reveal it, I'd really appreciate it being faster - as it is, it's basically unusable for keyword research.

- I tried to click on multiple keyword difficulties (to reveal them all at once, but that led to an endless spinning wheels on each one, and none of them ended up showing on the page).

- The default 'global' option (under domain) for keyword search never worked for me, and kept returning an error whenever I tried to use it. I had to actually manually select United States or Australia etc. I think this was a bug, since clearly the UI is indicating you can search globally???

- the keyword search ui is very buggy overall. Sometimes the domain column only half rendered for me, sometimes I had to re-input the country, sometimes it just worked first time.

- Can't search by Keyword difficulty in my own created list of keywords. I'm unsure if this is a bug or built in limitation (because I COULD see the keyword difficulty score if I had ALREADY searched for it (ie before adding it to my list)). If this is a bug, then so be it, if it's a built in limitation I think it's incredibly annoying and a clear oversight.

- Also another bug when you try to order the keywords by keyword difficulty (but apparently only in ascending mode?) if you then try to reveal one of the keyword difficulty scores, it doesn't get revealed, but instead the keywords in the name column shift around. Very confusing. I guess another bug? Not sure...it does seem like it's doing something...but something isn't firing properly.

So in summary, if you want to track keywords and generate reports, this seems like a solid tool. If you want to do research, then I cannot reccomend this tool. Maybe I just got it on a bad day or something, but the bugs were incredibly frustrating. I'd personally pay an extra $100 just to have that keyword column be PERMANENTLY visible and not to have to muck around with it. That would be great.
