A: Hi there! Apologies for delayed reply. In most cases you do not need to own the domain, however some site owners will put in restrictions to crawlers. If that's the case you'll need access to whitelist the domain or contact with the site owner.

I have only seen this twice on dozens of projects I've worked on. One way around it is to download the sitemap from the sitemal/xml but the better fix is to contact the site owner and have them remove the restrictions or whitelist rapid301.com as a domain.
