Q: Curated.

co has the ability to have a custom domain (CNAME) for each publication (newsletter). Is this something you have and available to the Appsumo deal?

A: Hi Peter - thanks for your question! There is no limit to how many domains you can authenticate and you can send different editions of your newsletter from different domains (but a single send cannot be split amongst different domains).

If you are managing multiple newsletters, you can send each of those from different domains as well. We will generate CNAME records for each domain that you enter on this page: https://dashboard.rasa.io/settings/domain

I think what's being asked is not a custom sending domain but a custom domain on the web where the newsletter is archived. Curated as well as Substack and Revue offer these, so that the newsletter is also a blog.

But that begs a question: is there a public archive of every Rasa newsletter so that anyone who goes to letter.mydomain.com gets to see that week's listing? Might not fit your model of tailoring the letter to fit each person's interests.

Since we are unlike a traditional email newsletter, we do not have an archive of past issues due to the fact that there can be so many variations for each edition. We are generating a different email for each individual on your list so storing all of those versions would get unruly! However, you will always have access to view the list of eligible articles per edition in your Content > History page. We also give you tools such as our Top Articles landing page which dynamically updates to showcase the recent and most popular articles from your newsletter. Many customers embed or use that page to promote the newsletter as an alternative to an archive.
