campaigns), how does Rasa compare to GetRevue (I assume that it's a direct competitor)?

A: Hi Sumo-Lim - great question!

The biggest difference is that Revue sends the same newsletter to everyone, where as our AI personalizes content for every subscriber. Additionally, with Revue you need to choose content and put it in your newsletter for every send. With rasa.io, you design the newsletter once and then the AI chooses the content for every person for every send, making the newsletter production process much faster!

A follow up question regarding the personalised newsletter to my users on Rasa:

1. Let's say if I run an online platform with 2 user types, vendor and buyer; Am I able to separate the content that is sent out to these 2 user types? For example, if I have articles in the blog relating to buyers and articles for vendors, can I somehow set a variable or attribute to the contact created in rasa (to determine if they are buyers or vendors), so that the right content gets sent to them?

Hi Sumo-Lim,

We don't have that kind of source/article segmenting ability within a singular newsletter but what you can do is separate the list by newsletter. That way you can have the vendors in one with a set of content geared to them and the other has the buyers with their content.
