Q: 1) What does active leads mean ?
So , I. An have as many leads in my list as I want but this limit is only for how many of these leads are in active campaign ?
2) Will removing a lead from an active campaign free up space to add another lead ?
3) Can I have emails based on multiple variations of my domain : like info@domain.com , info@ domain.org , etc ?
4) Do I need to have an email service provider like zoho or gsuite for each of my emails or can it all be handled from reachinbox itself ?

May 15, 2024A: 1) "Active leads" refer to the unique contacts you engage with in active campaigns within your billing cycle. You can have a larger list of leads, but the "active" limit is for those currently in campaigns.
2) Yes, removing a lead that hasn't been contacted will free up your active lead quota. If the lead has been contacted, the quota will reset only in the next billing month.
3) You can use emails with multiple domain variations (like info@domain.com, info@domain.org) in your Reachinbox account. We don't restrict the email addresses based on their domain variations.
4) You'll need an external email service provider (ESP) like Google Workspace or Outlook to send emails. Reachinbox facilitates campaign management and automation, but the actual email sending is done through your ESP.
