Q: Monthly active leads?
Hi
If I have this month 4999 active leads in RI , does it mean I can have for the next month 1 new active lead or a new batch of 5000? So month 1 4999 active leads and month 2 1 or 5000 active leads?

Dec 30, 2024A: Your monthly active leads quota resets at the beginning of each billing month, allowing you to engage with a fresh batch of leads up to your tier limit.
For example:
Month 1: You engage with 4,999 leads, leaving 1 lead slot unused.
Month 2: The quota resets, allowing you to engage with up to 5,000 active leads again.
However, the quota is consumed based on the leads that remain in an active or engaged state. If you’re still engaging with leads from Month 1 (e.g., ongoing sequences or follow-ups), they will count against your Month 2 quota until those engagements are completed or deleted.
